Spartan DEKA

DEKA is the decathlon of hybrid racing, designed to allow ALL levels the opportunity to celebrate the power of fitness.

ZONES

There are 10 Zones regardless of which Deka Length you are completing:

  1. 30 RAM Reverse Lunges

  2. 500 Meter Row

  3. 20 Box Overs

  4. 25 Med Ball Sit-ups

  5. 500 Meter Ski Erg

  6. 100 Meter DB Farmers Carry

  7. 25 Calorie Assault Bike

  8. 20 D-Ball Over Shoulder

  9. 100 Meter Tank Push/Pull

  10. 20 RAM Burpees

Open Participation

These 10 Zones comprise very achievable functional movements for all levels of fitness.

You can adjust the intensity to fit your current ability and have a great motivator to train and improve!

PLUS........All Deka Events can be done as an Individual or in Teams of 2 where you share the work with a friend!!!
