Big Pull Barbell was created in 2017 to provide training in technique, strength and flexibility progression for Olympic Weightlifting.  This sport is the ideal tool for athletes of all kinds.  Olympic lifting is a global-heritage sport that encourages people of all ages to continue to improve.

The Snatch and Clean and Jerk are competed based on gender, age and weight class to allow for an even playing field.
